Jam Making - Learn to Preserve
A great gift for you or someone you love and a fabulous Team Building Day too - If you're passionate about preserves, curious about chutney, have been meaning to make marmalade or on the hunt for something hot then join us for our "Learn to Preserve Courses".
All of the courses are small groups and Angharad has a relaxed, informal style. We'll use local seasonal ingredients to create your very own jars of deliciousness to take home to impress friends and family.
All you need to bring is your own large preserving pan, although we will have some available to buy on the day, and a smile, we'll supply the rest.

Caroline & David joined our first course and are now embracing their new life in Cognac, France, they are embracing preserving too "....and we're delighted to report another triumph. The plate of knowledge worked it's magic again so we had a good set and and a tasty blend of sweetness from the sugar, sharpness fro the oranges and lemon juice and the brandy adds warmth and a little character (kick) to the marmalade.

Angharad is a multi award winning preserver, with bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to share her knowledge and spread the jam love. She has spent time with Christine Ferber, the greatest jam maker in the world and ran preserving courses in Cameroon and her local prison.
