Chuckleberry Jam will bring joy to your toast, incredible on Brooke's vanilla ice-cream, marvelous in a Victoria Sponge and incredible in a gin cocktail too. Made from whole fruit chuckleberries, they really are a thing - invented by a Welshman grown on the Welsh Borders. A mix of blackcurrant, gooseberry, redcurrant and a jostaberry -like blackcurrants on speed. They are tart and unctuous and bring a smile to our faces.
Ingredients: Chuckleberries and sugar. Prepared with 56g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 62g per 100g.
